Rent to healthcare travelers with confirmed assignments

Travel nurses and other clinicians come with confirmed start dates, verified credentials, and stays of 8 to 26 weeks. Listing furnished rooms or whole units is free during our pilot. You pay a flat $149 only when a stay is confirmed.

   Verify yourself and your property

   Verify your ID, then show you have the right to rent the property: a deed, tax statement, ownership record, management agreement, or the owner's written permission. We review these privately. Travelers only see that you're verified.

   List on your terms

   Set your own rent, deposit, availability, minimum stay, house rules, pet policy, and parking. Searchers see the neighborhood, not your exact address, until you both want to move forward.

   Review verified applicants

   Each application shows the traveler's badges, assignment city and dates, who will be staying, and a short introduction. You see verification results, not the documents behind them.

   Pay only when a stay is confirmed

   The flat $149 is due only after you accept an application, verifications are complete, you and the traveler confirm dates and rent, and the agreement is ready to sign. Rent paid through CoStint checkout goes straight to your account, minus any processing fee we disclose up front. Deposits are held during the stay and returned after move-out, and any deposit claim is reviewed by a person.
