   Complete identity verification, then show authority to offer the property — an ownership record, tax statement, deed, management agreement, or owner authorization. Evidence is reviewed privately and never published; travelers see only the derived verified status.

   Publish on your terms

   Set your own rent, deposit, availability windows, minimum stay, house rules, pet policy, and parking. Your exact address stays private on public cards — searchers see the neighborhood and approximate area until mutual interest.

   Review verified applicants

   Applications show badge statuses, assignment city and dates, intended occupancy, and an introduction — status-only summaries, never documents or report contents.

   Pay only for confirmed placements

   A flat $149 becomes payable only after you accept an application, verification gates pass, both parties confirm dates and economics, and the agreement is ready for signature. CoStint never touches rent or deposits — you collect those directly.
