What you can prove
License number is stored once, verified continuously through state boards (NURSYS for RNs, manual upload for allied health). Background checks re-run on a 90-day cadence. Status, not raw report data, is what shows.
What your roommates say
Both sides rate after each 13-week stint. Ratings publish only after both have submitted, so neither side can hold the other's rating hostage.
