By accessing or using CoStint ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. CoStint is operated by CoStint Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Travel healthcare workers must hold a valid, unencumbered professional license. All users must pass a background check before accessing messaging and agreement features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. One account per person.
CoStint uses third-party services (Checkr, NURSYS) to verify identity, criminal history, and professional licenses. By using the Platform, you consent to these checks. A $49 fee applies for background screening. Verification results are final at CoStint's discretion.
Certain features require a paid stint. Stints are one-time payments processed via Stripe that cover a specific period (e.g. a 13-week assignment). Access remains active through the end of the stint period. No refunds for active stints. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
CoStint facilitates digital signing of roommate agreements via DocuSign. These agreements are between the parties involved — CoStint is not a party to any lease or roommate arrangement. We are not responsible for disputes between roommates or landlords.
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or credentials; harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent security measures; or scrape data from the Platform.
CoStint provides a matching platform only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user information, the quality of housing, or the behavior of other users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to CoStint in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
